Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

FansDrop offers limited-time crowdfunding and pre-order campaigns. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage and outcome of each campaign.

Unlock Drops

Customers participating in an Unlock Drop pay a $2 deposit per item to support the project.

The $2 deposit is not a shipping charge and will be applied toward the final purchase price if the project proceeds to the Live crowdfunding stage.

Once an Unlock pledge has been placed, it generally cannot be voluntarily cancelled while the Unlock campaign is active.

If the Unlock campaign does not reach its required goal, all deposits will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 4–7 business days for the refund to appear.

If the Unlock campaign succeeds, the project will proceed to product sampling and preparation for the Live crowdfunding campaign. The $2 deposit will be credited toward the customer's final payment.

Live Crowdfunding Orders

Live crowdfunding campaigns normally run for 21 days.

Orders placed during an active Live campaign are commitments to support the production of the product and generally cannot be cancelled after purchase.

If the campaign does not reach the minimum production requirement and is determined unsuccessful by FansDrop, all payments made toward the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the campaign is successfully funded, orders become final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.

This does not affect customers' rights in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law or the FansDrop Refund Policy.

Campaign Cancellation by FansDrop

FansDrop reserves the right to cancel a campaign due to production issues, intellectual property concerns, creator-related issues, force majeure, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impractical.

If FansDrop cancels a campaign before fulfillment, eligible payments collected for the affected campaign will be refunded to the original payment method.
